  1. Limited Warranties
    Easi  Eight Amusement Sales (Pty) Ltd (Easi8) warrants that the products supplied are free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 180days (6 Months). If the product is returned to Easi8 or the dealer from which the product was obtained with 180 days (6 Months) of purchase, and Easi8 determines the product to be defective, and provided the product was not subject to misuse, abuse, misapplication or used in defective equipment, Easi8 will at its option either (1) repair the product, or (2) replace the defective product, upon your return of the product to Easi8 including all accessories.The Easi8 Warranty is a “Walk in Warranty”, therefore, the customer is fully responsible for transporting the goods purchased, back to Easi8 premises at the nominated address stipulated on the Invoice. For any claim on the Easi8 Warranty a valid proof of purchase must be supplied. You agree and acknowledge that the use of the products supplied to you by Easi8 is solely at your risk.In no event will Easi8 or any other party who has been involved in the production or delivery of the products be liable for special, direct, indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or inability to use the purchased product, even if Easi8 or such other party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. No relaxation or indulgence that Easi8 may grant will in anyway prejudice or be deemed a waiver of rights as set forth herein.These terms of Warranty are guided by, and are in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act.ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY AS OUTLINED ABOVE.
  1. Return Policy
    • A Customer Authorisation Number will be issued for all Items to be returned. Customers can contact Easi8 Customer Service on +27 11 839 2994, Monday-Friday, 8am-5.00pm to discuss any returns and obtain an Authorisation Number.
    • Return Transport costs will be incurred by the Customer.
    • The cost for Redelivery of items returned, undelivered, will be for the Customers account.
    • Items must be returned within 7-14 days of authorisation.
    • Easi8 is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act therefore goods returned by Customers are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Consumer Protection Act.
    • Items returned that have been removed from the original packaging will not be accepted and therefore no credit will be passed.  The items must be in the same packaged condition as at the time of purchase.
    • When items are returned and the condition has been determined as in the original state when purchased, a credit will be processed less the Restocking Fee.
    • No Returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.
    • No Returns will be processed on special order items.
    • No Returns will be processed on non-warranty items.
    • No Returns will be processed on Second Hand Electronic Items as such items will not carry a Warranty.

    Items returned under Warranty will be as per the Terms & Conditions stipulated under “Limited Warranty” in the general Terms & Conditions for Easi8.

    Note:  Easi Eight Amusement Sales recommends that you use Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) for all returns as it offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a Courier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.

  1. Delivery
    Easi Eight Amusement Sales take on local deliveries within Gauteng for all large product items. Easi8 will also deliver such products, Nationally, where installation is required. We also use Courier Services to deliver most small product items. In the case of delivery, only, of large product items a Courier Service will be used and the product items will be crated for protection against damages.

For delivery Cross Border, Easi 8 does not transport out of South Africa. Customers out of South Africa have to arrange their own Transport with a Transporter of their choice. Easi 8 can assist the customer in finding a suitable Transporter for Cross Border, where required.

The Customer also has a choice to collect their order by checking the “Collect” option online.

  1. Delivery Costs
    Delivery Costs within Gauteng and Nationally are included on the site as an Option to be checked when placing an order. For the purpose of delivery & installation, Nationally, prices can be obtained from our Sales Team at enquire@easi8.com or by contacting us on +27 11 839 2994.

  1. Restocking Fees
    Restocking fees are calculated from the date of delivery to the customer as follows:Stock returned within 7 days: 10% of the selling price of the returned items
    Stock returned within 14 days: 15% of the selling price of the returned itemsPlease note that the above Fees will only apply to items in good selling order. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will not be credited.Returned Items must be authorised by Easi8 prior to return
  1. International customers
    International Customers will be obliged to arrange their own Transport to the Country of Residence. International Transport Cost are not included for online orders.
    All export orders will include VAT.
  1. Payment Options and Pricing
    All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Easi Eight Amusement Sales endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; the total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Prices are displayed excluding VAT and Delivery costs.Easi Eight Amusement Sales reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We accept Master Card and Visa Credit Cards. If a Credit Card is not available please utilise one of the other payment options, or simply log off and return to the site at a later time to complete the order. The order details will be saved online under “Account”. Username and Password will need to be entered on the site for access to the Account.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

Once the shopping cart is complete with the order, proceed to “Checkout” and follow the order processing instructions. Select the option to pay via EFT. Load Easi Eight Amusement Sales as a Beneficiary on Internet Banking and use the unique order number in the reference line for payment. This will ensure speedy processing and delivery of the selected products.

Direct Deposit

Payment for products can be made through a direct deposit by going into the Bank and physically making the deposit into the Easi8 Account. On confirmation, the order will be processed for delivery / collection. Direct deposits will only be accepted in cash. No cheques will be accepted.

    I understand that all the designs and trademarks are registered to Easi Eight Amusement Sales and I hereby accept the terms and conditions. I undertake not to copy/duplicate the trademarks and designs directly or indirectly in anyway and understand the legal implications thereof.
