- A Customer Authorisation Number will be issued for all Items to be returned. Customers can contact Easi8 Customer Service on +27 11 839 2994, Monday-Friday, 8am-5.00pm to discuss any returns and obtain an Authorisation Number.
- Return Transport costs will be incurred by the Customer.
- The cost for Redelivery of items returned, undelivered, will be for the Customer’s account.
- Items must be returned within 7-14 days of authorisation.
- Easi8 is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act therefore goods returned by Customers are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Consumer Protection Act.
- Items returned that have been removed from the original packaging will not be accepted and therefore no credit will be passed. The items must be in the same packaged condition as at the time of purchase.
- When items are returned and the condition has been determined as in the original state when purchased, a credit will be processed less the Restocking Fee.
- No Returns will be accepted without prior authorisation.
- No Returns will be processed on special order items.
- No Returns will be processed on non-warranty items.
- No Returns will be processed on Second Hand Electronic Items as such items will not carry a Warranty.
- Items returned under Warranty will be as per the Terms & Conditions stipulated under “Limited Warranty” in the general Terms & Conditions for Easi8.
