Delivery Policy

Delivery

Easi Eight Amusement Sales use an External Courier Service to deliver small product items within the Gauteng Province and Nationally. Large product items are couriered using Easi8 Transport within the Gauteng Province, only. An External Courier Service will be used to transport large product items, Nationally. Where delivery and installation is required by Easi8, Nationally, on the large product items we recommend the use of our dedicated and qualified delivery & installation Team for such items. For this purpose, once the order has been confirmed, our Sales Team will contact you to make the necessary arrangements upon confirmation of order.

In the case of delivery, only, of large product items a Courier Service will be used and the product items will be crated for protection against damages.

The Customer also has a choice to collect their order by checking the “Collect” option online.

Delivery Costs

Delivery Costs within Gauteng and Nationally are included on the site as an Option to be checked when placing an order. For the purpose of delivery & installation, Nationally, prices can be obtained from our Sales Team at enquire@easi8.com or by contacting us on +27 11 839 2994.

Delivery Insurance

Delivery Insurance on small product items, such as, Accessories and Components, are insured up to a value of R1, 000.00 at no additional charge to the Customer.

Delivery Insurance on large product items, such as, Pool Tables, Video Machines, Soccer Tables and Juke Boxes will incur an Insurance charge of 2% of the Order Value only if the Customer checks the option to insure.

If the option to insure the product items ordered is not checked then the product items will be delivered with no insurance cover included.

Order Undelivered

The cost for Redelivery of items returned, undelivered, will be for the Customer’s account. See our Return Policy.

In this event every attempt will be made to contact the Customer to make arrangements for redelivery.

Restocking Fees

Restocking fees are calculated from the date of delivery to the customer as follows:

Stock returned within 7 days: 10% of the selling price of the returned items
Stock returned within 14 days: 15% of the selling price of the returned items

Please note that the above Fees will only apply to items in good selling order. Items returned in an unacceptable condition will not be credited.

Returned Items must be authorised by Easi8 prior to return.

International Customers

For delivery Cross Border, Easi 8 does not transport out of South Africa. Customers out of South Africa have to arrange their own Transport with a Transporter of their choice. Easi 8 can assist the customer in finding a suitable Transporter for Cross Border, where required. International Transport Cost are not included for online orders.

All export orders will include VAT.
